- Support engineering projects and provide technical guidance
- Establish project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to them
- Plan engineering activities to align with ART's strategic objectives
- Technical Expertise: RCAS developer and consultant, Aeroelastic model and analysis (structural dynamics, loads, and stability), Flight dynamics and performance, e(VTOL) modeling, analysis, and simulation
